VGK Sled Hockey + Faith Lutheran Hockey

On May 11, the Charity Series of Poker will host its next charity event, the 21st ever held. The latest CSOP will take place at Crimson Nightclub inside Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada and benefit both VGK Sled Hockey and Faith Lutheran Crusader Hockey Club.

A VIP reception with drinks will be held at 3:30 p.m. local time followed by a $300 buy-in charity poker tournament at 5 p.m. The tournament will also feature $100 rebuys and add-ons. The winner of the charity event will claim a $10,000 seat into the 2019 World Series of Poker Main Event, while the runner-up will take home an Ultimate Boat Racing Experience package valued at $5,000.

In addition to other final table and bounty prizes, the player who finishes with the chip lead at the end of registration, along with the player with the most rebuys, will each be rewarded with a $1,000 cash bonus. Our confirmed featured bounties are Daniel Negreanu, Ken Boehlke and Matt Stout.

The Vegas Golden Knights has spread hockey fever throughout Las Vegas, which was evidenced late last year when Faith Lutheran Middle & High School established Nevada's only high school hockey team - the Faith Lutheran Crusader Hockey Club. Coached by Eldon "Pokey" Reddick, a former NHL goalie, the new team was a boost for the community by not only establishing a team, but also creating a hockey development model which includes learn-to-skate programs.
